Orders placed online for takeaway or delivery benefit from our standard policy; promotional orders and bundles are treated equally. If a promotional code was applied and a portion of the order is returned, the refund will reflect the value of the items actually returned, with any applicable discounts adjusted accordingly. We do not offer refunds for complimentary items or samples, unless they were charged at the time of purchase.
